Please join the Florida Chapter of IAFN for a Virtual general membership meeting at 7:00 pm, followed by the presentation at 7:30 pm with Dr. Karen A. Salazar Valdes, MD on Sexually Transmitted Diseases Post Assault.
Dr. Salazar Valdes ws born in Peru and was raised in Miami. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Miami, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Biology and Chemistry in 2004. She pursued her dream and earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2008. In 2013 she completed her OBGYN residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital, University of Miami. In 2019 she was certified as a Pediatric and Adolescent gynecologist.
One CEU for the presentation will be provided free to current Florida chapter members who have registered for the event through ticketleap. Non-member guests pay $12.00 for the presentation. Must be present for the full presentation to obtain the CEU.
